The Voice Live Voting on Facebook

If you are a fan of the hot NBC singing competition The Voice, then you must already know that the live competition begins this Monday, April 2, 2012. What you many not know, is that voters will now be able to vote for their favorites on The Voice through a new Facebook Timeline app.

It was about time. Dialing phones is so yesterday. We use apps for everything, and the powers that be at The Voice were very smart to recognize this. Fans can now vote both by phone and through the app. From NBC Entertainment News:

With the timeline app, fans will be able to show their support for their favorite teams and artists by casting their vote each week, connecting with their friends and other viewers, tracking their artists and seeing if they made it to the next round. The new app also will allow them to discover new content, including performance videos and blogs. Additionally, people using the Facebook app on their iPhone, iPad and Android devices will also be able to engage with "The Voice" timeline voting app.
