If you worry that your teens spend to much time playing video games, then you might be worrying for nothing. Video games bring many benefits to the user, one of the biggest being educational. However, most video games that teenagers play are actually hard work. From this hard work comes a huge variety of benefits. So many that I am actually in the process of putting together a book for parents, chronicling the studies of all the benefits of video games.
