With everything in the news lately about cyberbullying, sexting and identity theft, even the most tech savvy teens could use a lesson in online safety. NS Teens - Making Safer Online Choices is a fun website where teens learn through comics and videos.

NS Teens is part of a larger organization, NetSmartz.org, whose main website is NetSmartz Workshop: Educate, Engage, Empower. There areas for five different groups:
  1. Parents & Guardians
  2. Educators
  3. Law Enforcement
  4. Teens
  5. Kids
The Teens and Kids sections take you out to separate websites, with NS Teens above, and NetSmartz Kids. The kids website teaches mostly through games and activities. The main site also has a blog for all ages on its front page.

I know that it isn't easy to talk your teen into reading about Internet safety. That is the beauty of NS Teens - Making Safer Online Choices. Since the entire site is videos and comics, I think that most teens will be much more accepting of it.
